JS Computer Solutions is owned and run by myself, Jason Sadler, a computer engineer with over 30 years of experience.

 

(It is nearly 40+ years experience if you include opening up and tinkering around on that old Commodore 64 mentioned elsewhere on this website!)

 

I do most of my work based from home in Halesowen - with people dropping off their computers or devices and picking them up when fixed - though I will be more than happy to visit you at your home, office or place of work if you so wish.

 

A large range of computer services is offered, in a friendly and jargon-free manner.

 

Each service, repair or job will be completed in a prompt time-frame and providing good value-for-money for home and office computer users in and around the Halesowen area of the West Midlands.

 

We appreciate that it can often be frustrating when items such as our home electronics, car, the boiler, or our computers stop working properly. Even more so when it comes to trying to get items repaired and worrying about the size of bill, how long it will take to complete, or whether the repair or service will be done to a professional standard.

 

Our aim is to take those concerns away and deliver you a peace-of-mind, reliable and trustworthy service - at a reasonable and competitive price.

There is no 'Call Out Charge'. We also have a 'No Fix - No Fee' policy, and we can also give you a free no obligation quote before any work is agreed / started.

 

If you work directly for the NHS, the local council, or are unemployed you'll get a 25% discount off our labour charges - this is limited to two devices per household.
